Key Responsibilities



Food Preparation:

Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, marinate meats, and set up ingredients for service.

Cooking Duties:

Grill, saute, bake, fry, or boil food items as per recipes and customer orders.

Station Management:

Maintain assigned station with proper stock, cleanliness, and readiness for service.

Plating and Presentation:

Assemble dishes with attention to portion size, garnishing, and visual appeal.

Quality Control:

Ensure food meets taste, texture, and temperature standards before serving.

Sanitation and Safety:

Follow hygiene protocols, clean workstations, and comply with food safety regulations.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
