Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible to Provide both functional/technical insights to vendor teams Troubleshoot the LIMS, Sample manager specific issues and addressing them through quality fixes Responsible for integrated incident and problem management Responsible for change, release management, and testing associated with non-impact, operational readiness, and transition acceptance. Also includes documentation and training to develop the expertise of the AMS support personnel, Site and Business Key users, and other end users. Life cycle management (LCM) activities oversight which includes system upgrades, advance break/fix, data migration, configuration and interface needs. Responsible for communications and interfacing with business and site laboratory key contacts and external stakeholders impacted, or potentially impacted, by service disruption, additions, changes, and/or reductions in service. Requires frequent interactions with quality personnel, business process owners (BPOs), Enterprise and business solution architecture teams and other Cross-functional teams as part of LCM activities. Responsible for service delivery decisions made to ensure application service level targets are met or exceeded (performance and availability) Responsible for information security and compliance Responsible for end-to-end asset inventory and documentation Responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity planning Responsible for 24x7 365 support Mandatory: Skill Sets/Experience: Qualifications . Strong IT background with at least 8-10 years\' experience . Functional and technical expertise in Sample Manager LIMS, STARLIMS and SAP QM and exposure to IP21, NWA Quality Analyst, and other interfacing environments . Advanced Server and Networking skills . Understand Analytical and Quality business Processes . Good interpersonal skills, Ability to analyze and resolve problems, Understands and converses in English Education or Certifications . Minimum of a BS degree in a scientific, technical or computer related field. Candidates for this position should have 8 or more years of computer, analytical and/or quality related experience. Technical skills: Extensive functional and technical knowledge of Sample Manager 11, preferably 21 Prior programming and debugging VGL programs and calculations is mandatory VBScript or PowerShell and implementing instruments in Integration Manager V3.2 or later is MUST VB.NET hands-on experience is preferred Candidate must be well versed with Server 2019 or later Join our to stay connected with us!
