You will be working as Lifecycle Services Engineer at global grade 14 and will be part of Process Automation Business Area for Process Industries Division based out at Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Global Customer Success & Service Director. You will be primarily responsible for analyzing and modifying existing software as well as designing, implementing and testing customer specific enhancements that meet customer needsYour responsibilities Supporting ABB MES (Manufacturing Execution System) install base in a global team Understanding customer questions and requirements related to ABB MES Creating solution specifications based on Customer requirements Configuring the ABB MES applications according to the specifications Customer specific software development related to ABB MES Participating to small ABB MES add-on projects Your background Bachelor\'s engineering in any specialization Minimum 1 to 7 years experience MES / MOM / OMS (Manufacturing Execution System / Manufacturing Operations System) Experience in MES software delivery, software service, programming skills & bug fixing enhancement Experience in either Tieto / Opti Vision / Wonderware / TIPS software Paper, metals, cement production and related MES/MOM/OMS software knowledge is an advantage More about us Process Industries division delivers complete electrification and automation solutions, industry-specific products and lifecycle services across industries.
