Your Role

As a Lifecycle Analyst, you are responsible for the purchasing master data set-up and maintenance of spare parts. You will be supporting a specific assortment within the purchasing commodities by using our purchasing applications and systems. In this way, you contribute to the release and availability of spare parts, maintenance of spare parts and the rationalization of our full spare parts portfolio.

You will work closely with the purchasers of the global CTS divisions, and other departments like engineering, pricing, or master data, to further improve customer excellence.

In your role you will report to the Team Leader Sourcing in Gecia.

Main responsibilities

• You secure consistency in the purchasing master data parameters according to the Lifecycle management strategy of Compressor Technique Service (CTS).
• You initiate and maintain the global purchasing master data to ensure systems are correctly updated with the owner, price, vendor, and other information.
• You follow-up the processes build for SPP, TOO and EOS strategy and share improvements when possible.
• You track KPIs according to applications and tools build to support the lifecycle management strategy.
• You maintain, fine-tune, and elaborate on documentation and processes.
• You conduct analysis, auditing and verifying deviations from different ERP systems and other purchasing applications.
• You support purchasing projects related to spare parts and aftermarket support.
• You interact with the CTS Purchasing team (locally & globally) to support, coordinate and maintain focus on spare parts business.
• You build up network with other Atlas Copco entities (Product companies) and CTS departments.

To succeed, you will need

Experience requirements

• Purchasing, marketing, or engineering experience
• Atlas Copco knowledge on PCs, DCs, CCs is a benefit.
• Technical knowledge of compressors & dryers is a benefit
• Software skills e.g. MS Office, BPCS, SAP, PowerBI is an asset

Educational requirements

• An academic background in Economics, Marketing and/or engineering or experience
• Excellent knowledge of written and oral English. An additional language is considered as a plus.
