Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies for the direct channel to achieve business targets. Manage a team of Relationship Managers or Direct Sales Executives. Drive lead generation, follow-up, and conversion activities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize results. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with sales goals. Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for the sales team. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
