Role: Level 2 Operations Engineer ( Mulesoft, Salesforce, Cloud Technologies)

Shift Timings: UK Shift (3PM \xe2\x80\x93 12 Midnight)

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Operations Engineer with expertise in Automation Anywhere, Informatica ETL, or .NET to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations, automation, and troubleshooting in these areas. As a Level 2 Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Automation Anywhere infrastructure, including the installation, configuration, and monitoring of Automation Anywhere bots, control room, and related components.
• Support and troubleshoot ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Provide operational support for .NET applications, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting, to ensure their availability and performance.
• Implement and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks, enhance efficiency, and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, database administrators, and business stakeholders, to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Automation Anywhere, ETL processes, or .NET applications.
• Monitor system and application performance using monitoring tools and technologies such as Nagios, Splunk, or similar, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery processes and technologies for the Automation Anywhere, ETL, or .NET environments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and knowledge base articles, to enable efficient troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in Automation Anywhere, ETL, or .NET operations, and proactively recommend improvements and innovations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize automation tools and technologies such as Automation Anywhere, SSIS, PowerShell, or similar to automate and optimize operational tasks and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Level 2 operations or a similar role, with expertise in Automation Anywhere, ETL, or .NET.
• Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere RPA platform, including bot creation, deployment, and control room management.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools such as SSIS, Informatica, or similar.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting .NET applications, including web applications and services.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and technologies such as Nagios, Splunk, or similar.
• Solid understanding of backup and disaster recovery processes and technologies.
• Strong scripting skills, such as PowerShell or Python, for automation and operational tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
