Job Responsibilities:

• Experience with Data, Storytelling, Process Analysis, Data analysis, providing consulting and idea generation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present use cases to a range of audiences (operating committee, senior leadership) on proposals
• Strong Stakeholder and collaboration skills along with Strong presentation and communication skills with senior leadership teams.
• Strong skills in MS Office products especially PPT, a must.
• 10-12+ years of overall experience working in analytics and Business Intelligence teams with at least 5 years managing high-performance teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach. Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation and change management.
• Ability to identify changes to processes and procedures, improve productivity and efficiency. Identify and drive Process improvements and other initiatives
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure with organizational vision

Understanding of Analytics, Data sciences, BI, DW & Big data technologies and platforms * Analytical and Strategic Thinker with experience solving problems using data and providing practical business insights and driving operational improvements.

• Leading conceptual technical discussion with data engineering partner

Required Qualifications, Skills, Capabilities:

• Proven analytical abilities & Strong presentation skills
• Think out-of-the-box and develop visualization solutions which help clients in solving their business problems
• Tremendous passion towards learning is a must. You must be able to merge the art of consulting and the science of Design in visualization
• Experience in implementing statistical models like hypothesis, forecasting, regression etc to move the team to predictive and prescriptive analysis
• Ability to convert complex & ambiguous business situations and utilize team strength and expertise to provide insightful analysis to expedite decision making
• Cultivate an understanding of how analytics and data can drive business decisions and build solutions accordingly
• Experience in designing and delivering cross functional custom reporting solutions. Ability to interact between various tools/systems.
• Firsthand experience in data visualization, Reporting, Dashboard development on tools like Tableau, BO and Analytical tools like Alteryx is needed
• Familiarity with Big Data, Hive, Cloud connectivity preferred
• Experience in use of project management tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• In-depth knowledge and a sound understanding of RDBMS systems, SQL, Business Intelligence, and data analytics.
• Meticulous and multi-tasker with experience in Operational Analytics and process improvement
