Job Description

Job Designation: Officer/Executive (she/he will work as a paralegal)
Qualification: Graduation in any subject
Experience: 3-5 years experience preferably working as para-legal in corporate legal function.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point are a must. (SAP, Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage)
:

• Maintaining repository of show cause notices, legal notices, litigation documents etc.
• Maintaining the date of hearing of cases and other data in Litigation Management Tool.
• Preparation of MIS, reports and other documents for the Legal function.
• Processing advocate bills and consultant bills on regular basis in SAP in a timely manner.
• Co-ordination with other Department in collating information, data required by Legal function.
• Any other para-legal work that may be assigned.

Soft skills: * Should be a good communicator (written & oral) and team player.

• English-speaking and good interpersonal skills.

Location : Chennai.
