here's what will be in store for you at CRED once you join the team



what you will do:

    • responsible for developing & managing the end to end legal platform (CRM)
    • responsible for collation and maintenance of the central data repository for all legal documents pertaining to individual cases irrespective of their status.
    • be responsible for vendor invoice management and other support functions of all empanelled legal vendors.
    • responsible for administrative networking.
    • responsible for record maintenance of all legal notices along with relevant communication, fillings and awards at an individual level and at a portfolio level.
    • be the primary SPOC for drafting legal documents & communications along with tracking latest updates and postal management of these documents.
    • be the primary POC for all legal collections MIS & dashboard management




you should apply if you:

    • have atleast 6-8 years of relevant experience in legal recoveries & hold a law degree
    • are qualified to manage & supervise all the legal proceedings within the stipulated guidelines (including but not restricted to Sec 138, Sec 25, warrant execution, Sec 420, arbitration award execution etc)
    • have good negotiation skills to manage and settle various disputed accounts and contentious cases
    • possess good interpersonal skills which will be instrumental in meeting customers, managing & coordinating with legal experts
    • possess good technical skills to frame and design legal MIS & dashboards
