Legal Operations Manager
Job Description
: Responsible for overall monitoring and control of the legal operations matters of Karnataka, Telangana & AP locations. Safeguard Company\'s legal interest and would provide the necessary legal support in designated areas. Recommending suitable external advocates for empanelment on company\'s panel. Liaising and Coordination with Advocates, Law Officers, Court Staff, Police & Law Enforcement Authorities in handling various legal matters and cases under progress in various courts. Liaising and Coordination with Zonal Risk & Recovery Managers and Regional Operations Managers to provide adequate assistance and support for handling the legal matters in their respective ROs/ZOs. Follow up on old pending cases and ensure the cases are being attended to by the company representative(s) and advocate(s)
