Job Description


Duties

  • Responsible for the efficient and effective daily running of Legal Operations.
  • Support with Vendor Management (Onboarding new law firms, extending to different company codes, reinstatement, cloning, bank/address updates).
  • Purchase Order management.
  • General finance queries.
  • Provide administration support.
  • Acts as general contact to wider legal team.
  • Assist with managing central mailboxes and answer queries in timely manner.

Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in an administrative or secretarial post
  • Organizational skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Analytical Skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong, clear communicator (oral and written) with good people skills
  • Computer literate - Ms Excel, Outlook and Word = Mastery
Education
  • University graduate
