Consumer Banking Product Analyst for Firm wide Core Deposits Platform-Data and Routing Services Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our JP Morgan Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. The Firm wide Core Deposits Platform and its health impacts our customers and their financial lives: Ensuring our customer\'s financial position is accurate by processing monetary inputs from all channels, calculating fees (non-sufficient funds/overdraft, interest, penalties, waivers) and posting to various ledgers. Providing account and customer information to allow customer viewing on all channels, support compliance reporting and feed our data lake, and support operations and back office processes such as transaction monitoring. Addressing stability, security, and scalability to lessen downtime and reduce impact to our customers and call centers through continued modernization efforts. Delivering an end-to-end customer experience for features that cut across our deposit products that are consistently prioritized with a firmwide first approach. Job responsibilities Lead execution of 1-3 Scrum teams within the Data and Routing Services Area Product Group throughout the agile software development lifecycle (gather/write business requirements, translate into stories, working E2E testing, launch, defect management) Drive solutions across the organization working with various lines of businesses, design, legal, operations, finance, and Agile technology teams to prioritize, deliver the core deposit platform modernization roadmap Pore over data, customer feedback, and customer research and use all the key insights to create compelling product/experience proposals and to influence internal stakeholders .Manage multiple stakeholders to execute on end to end testing, and perform test scenarios when necessary. Continuously seek to finda meaningful balance between user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, while managing the product delivery timeline .Manage work in a highly organized, flexible manner, while staying focused on critical scope Drive the product towards creating maximum value for our clients .Create and maintain product roadmaps that align to the product vision Synthesize large amounts of information in order to inform and make decisions quickly, take risks, course-correct and adapt, and constantly iterate on your approach Work in a global, organizationally complex, fast-paced and cross-functional environment .Conduct discovery for incoming requests and how the request will impact the system by understanding and determining job and data flow. Required qualifications, capabilitiesand skills 3-5 years of product management experience (consumer banking products/payments/fintech experience is a plus) and a proven track record of launching and iterating on successful products through agile delivery that span multiple consumer touch-points and form factors BS/BA degree or equivalent experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team delivers high value features Experience building product roadmaps .Leader of collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives) Customer-centric focus and keeps rapport with end users Proficient in JIRA .Definite Plus - Ability to use AbInitio for discovery of file processing and data manipulation
