Job Description

We are currently searching for a Legal Officer with good command over common legal matters, with excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for all legal matters of the Company. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing case history and several other documents required in effective case management.
Collating documents for briefing and disclosure purposes.
Ensuring statutory and Legal compliance of various legal and judicial provisions.
Attending court or any other judicial authority.
Drafting legal documents.
Communicate & manage any third-party bodies like external counsel, consultants & govt local bodies.
Candidates will be responsible for legal research and preparing briefs or case notes.
Candidates will also be required for appearances before the Court and various Tribunals.
Candidates will be responsible for supervising filing of cases by clerks in Courts, Tribunals and before Arbitrators.
Candidates will be responsible for assisting in hearing before Courts, Tribunals and Arbitrations.
Candidates will have to perform any administrative work related to the cases.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Any Graduate
3-4 yrs of similar experience
Good oral & written Communication
Attention to detail
An LLB degree will be an added advantage.
