Job Description
Qualification - LLB/LLM Duties: 1. Prepare and draft client- consultancy agreements, addendums, contract etc. 2. Explain the laws associated with the industry to the clients and other parties as required. 3. Address any potential client disputes and discuss options to resolve. 4. Escalate any dispute to legal authorities, law enforcements and other applicable authorities as deemed necessary. 5. Review the company policies, procedures and other activities performed by the company in an ongoing basis. 6. Represent the company in multiple avenue include the court of law or before other committees within the scope of practice. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 955,000.00 per month Schedule:
