The role of Legal Manager - Privacy requires expertise in privacy laws, compliance, and risk management within the business services industry. This position focuses on safeguarding data privacy and managing legal responsibilities effectively.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and update privacy-related policies and procedures.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on data protection matters.
• Conduct risk assessments and suggest mitigation strategies for privacy concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to privacy standards.
• Manage data breach incidents and oversee reporting requirements.
• Monitor changes in privacy laws and ensure timely updates to policies.
• Support training initiatives to enhance privacy awareness across the organization.

Lead implementation of Data Privacy LawsDiverse exposure across legal, tech & operations

• LL.B/LL.M
• 3 to 5 Years' experience in privacy, data protection, or IT law
• Strong knowledge of India data protection laws and familiarity with global privacy laws

Certifications:

• CISA/CISM/CISSP/ISO 27001/ISO 27701 (Anyone)
• CIPT/CIPM/CIPP/Internal Auditor certification (Preferred)
