Job Role : . Looking after all the legal matters related to LAP like vetting/Scrutiny of L.S.R, Valuation Reports etc. . Prepared & Drafted of Mortgages for various states to control the risk of business. . Drafting & Vetting of various Agreements and Deeds in relation of property, Mortgages. . Guiding the talent identification and development process for the function. . Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning. . Handling end to end of all CERSAI matters on CERSAI portal which involves uploading, ID generation, preparation of master file, removal from portal on loan closure . Handling all Legal & Compliance issues related to LAP . Well Versed with the Stamp Duty and its applicability. JOB REQUIREMENTS Skills/Knowledge prerequisites : As above said Educational Qualifications :LLB from Reputed University of India Experience Profile :3- 6 years Personality Traits : Good Communication Skills with Good Drafting and underwriting skills.
