Job Description

The Legal Manager will provide expert legal advice and support, ensuring compliance and managing legal risks for the organization in the Renewable Energy sector. This role is based in Pune and requires a professional with a strong background in legal advisory.

• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide solutions.
• Engage with external legal counsel when necessary for specialised legal matters.
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise on potential impacts to the organization.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation processes as required.

Strategic and multi-functional portfolio within the legal teamDirect engagement across business units and external counsels

• LL.B/LL.M
• 8-12 years of post qualification experience
• Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with local laws and regulations.
