Job Description
Manage legal recovery in Loss on Sale cases
1.Provide legal support to collections and recovery teams
2.Maintain and manage legal MIS and trackers
3.Regular follow-up and coordination on pending legal matters
4.Handle EP cases, consumer cases, criminal matters, arbitration proceedings, NI Act Section 138 cases, and police complaints
5.Conduct customer visits as part of recovery proceedings
6.Work proficiently on MS Office and Excel
