  • 10+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manager or Dept Head in contract management, litigation, lease negotiations, intellectual property protection, compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Law from a recognized institution; additional qualifications or certifications will be an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian laws and regulations related to the Information technology or OTA (online travel industry)industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external legal partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Contract Management:
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents with clients, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. Ensure all contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
  • Research and analyze legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management on all legal issues.
  • Develop and manage the legal department budget.
  • Litigation Management:
Collaborate with external legal counsel to handle legal disputes or claims involving the company. Research and analyze legal issues relevant to ongoing and potential litigation, providing strategic advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Lease Management:
Oversee lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations to ensure compliance with lease terms
  • Intellectual Property:
Protect the company\'s intellectual property rights related to branding, marketing materials, and proprietary information. Conduct regular intellectual property audits to identify potential risks and implement necessary protections.
  • Compliance Management:
Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the amusement park industry and update internal stakeholders accordingly. Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
  • Corporate Governance:
Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and practices, including drafting resolutions, maintaining corporate records, and facilitating board and shareholder meetings..
  • Risk Management:
Identify legal risks within the organization and develop strategies to mitigate potential liabilities. Collaborate with other departments to assess and manage various operational risks from a legal perspective.
  • Digitization of Legal Documents:
Drive the digitization of legal documents, ensuring a systematic and organized approach to document management within the legal department. Implement efficient document retrieval systems to enhance accessibility and streamline legal processes Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb985,000.00 per month Schedule:
