Legal Manager with experience in financial laws, compliance, regulatory frameworks, corporate governance and litigation for a fast-paced NBFC.

• Draft and review loan agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs; standardize legal templates.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, Contract Act, and data protection laws.
• Provide legal guidance on lending products, financial regulations, and strategic partnerships.
• Support board/legal documentation and maintain governance standards.
• Handle SARFAESI, arbitration, cheque bounce, and civil/criminal cases; coordinate with external counsel.

Candidate with 10-15 years of legal experience in BFS/NBFC applyCandidates with Corporate Commerical exp. apply
A successful legal professional should have:

• A degree in law from a recognised institution.
• Experience in handling legal matters within the BFSI/NBFC space.
• Proven expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrates exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
