Company Description Legal Associates Role Description This is a full-time Legal Intern role located in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The Legal Intern will provide support to the Chambers of Adv. Ajay Khade in legal research, drafting and reviewing of legal documents, conducting due diligence, and participating in client meetings. The Legal Intern will be responsible for analyzing data and preparing legal memoranda, and will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support ongoing legal matters. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Law or related field. Background in Commerce is preferred for the role. CA / CS / B.com / M.com ( Completed or Pursuing) shall be preferred. Excellent research and analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of legal terminology, principles, and procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
