Wendt Corporate looking for a legal intern for its Mumbai office. The candidates should either be in 4th/5th year of a 5 year law course, or in final year of a 3 year law course. Mode of joining: Physical/virtual Date of joining: Second week of May Duration: 1 month Scope of work:
1. Working with our in-house legal and compliance department.
2. Researching on a wide array of laws and drafting notes/memorandums on the same.
3. Assisting with legal documentation in relation with the ongoing business and investment transactions.
4. Working on other tasks as may be assigned by the team.
