M M Legal Associates is looking for a proactive Legal Intern to join our Non-Litigation (Real Estate & Acquisitions) team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real estate transactions, drafting, due diligence, and legal research.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting and reviewing Agreements for Sale, MOUs, Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, POAs, etc.
- Support legal due diligence and title verification work.
- Conduct legal research on property laws, RERA, stamp duty and registration.
- Prepare notes, summaries, checklists, and preliminary drafts.
- Coordinate documentation and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in liaising with government authorities and registration offices.

Requirements:

- Pursuing 5th year LL.B. or recently graduated.
- Strong interest in real estate and non-litigation work.
- Good research and drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
