Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have knowledge of IPR viz Trade Marks, Copyrights, Design protection.
- Should be able to handle registration, examination, and opposition of IPR-related matters with the appearance before TM Authorities
- Should have an idea about IBC & Company Law
- Good Legal education background with practical knowledge
- Sound knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws, Company Law & IBC laws & Legal systems
- Follows policy of no Legal Violations
- Good inter-personal relations across levels
- Day shift
