Our innovative platform empowers developers to create cutting-edge applications and services, transforming the way we interact with vehicles. : We are looking for a motivated and diligent Legal Intern to join our team at CarVach. As a Legal Intern, you will be exposed to various aspects of corporate law and compliance within the technology and automotive industry. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in the legal field and contribute to a fast-growing startup. Responsibilities: 1. Legal Research: Conduct research on relevant legal topics, regulations, and best practices in Delaware and the technology industry. Provide summaries and recommendations based on your findings. 2. Document Review: Assist in the review of contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 3. Compliance Support: Collaborate with the legal team to maintain and enhance compliance programs and policies. This may include data protection and privacy compliance, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. 4. Documentation Management: Help manage legal documentation, including contracts, agreements, and corporate records. 5. Assist in Corporate Matters: Support the legal team in various corporate matters, including board meetings, corporate filings, and entity management for CarVach. 6. Legal Correspondence: Assist in drafting legal correspondence and documents. 7. Other Duties: Perform other legal-related tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications: - Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a law degree program. - Strong interest in corporate law, compliance, and technology. - Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. - Knowledge of Delaware corporate law is a plus. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
