Legal Executive
1. Debt Recovery
- Review and manage debt recovery cases from initial contact to final resolution.
- Prepare demand letters, legal notices, and other related correspondence to initiate the recovery process.
- Monitor and track payment agreements, ensuring compliance from debtors.
2. Legal Documentation
- Draft and file necessary legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and motions.
- Ensure all documents are compliant with current laws and regulations.
- Prepare briefs and supporting documents for court proceedings.
3. Case Management
- Maintain and organize case files related to recovery matters.
- Assist in drafting recovery strategies based on case evaluations.
- Update databases and case management systems with case progress and recovery efforts.
4. Court Proceedings
- Assist in the preparation for legal hearings and trials related to debt recovery.
- Coordinate with external counsel when necessary and attend court hearings.
- Provide recommendations on settlements, legal options, and enforcement of judgments.
5. Client Interaction
- Liaise with clients, debtors, and other stakeholders to negotiate and resolve recovery matters amicably where possible.
- Provide updates to clients on case progress and potential outcomes.
6. Compliance
- Ensure all recovery activities are in compliance with local and national laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in recovery laws and procedures.
7. Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on the status of recovery efforts, case outcomes, and collection rates.
- Analyze trends and suggest improvements to the recovery process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in debt recovery or similar legal roles.
- Strong understanding of debt recovery laws and regulations.
- Legal Executive or Paralegal certification is a plus.
