Job Description
Experience- 1-5 Years Salary (2 - 7 Lakhs)
Responsibilities
- Must have experience in ST- LAP ( 2L \xe2\x80\x93 7L ).
- Property documents review and EC check.
- Validation of registered sales deeds, power of attorney, patta and chitta
- Experience in MODT process is a must requirement.
- Should liaison with Sub Register office, customer, and sales executives.
- Should have worked in local market i.e., 40 KMs from Branch Location.
- Should have clear CIBIL score and clear work history.
- Should own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Good in regional language and English.
- Profiles with legal background shall be preferred
