• Provide legal advice and support on information technology related contracts and agreements.

• Assist in handling disputes and resolving legal issues effectively.
• Support in managing intellectual property matters and data protection compliance.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated with industry-specific laws and practices.
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on relevant legal matters.

Hands-on experience with global contracting practicesStrategic Influence in a Growth-Oriented Environment

• LL.B/LL..M
• PQE : 8 - 10 years
• Strong understanding of legal matters related to technology.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing software-related agreements.
• Experience in handling compliance and regulatory matters.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
