Job Description
Only Candidates with 10+ years of experience apply Only Candidates based out of Surat (Gujarat) or willing to relocate apply The individual must be well versed with commercial laws especially Contract Act, Arbitration Act, Corporate Laws, I.P.C., Civil & Criminal Procedure Codes and possess the ability to handle transactions independently The individual must ensure compliance monitoring and maintaining repository for the organisation alongside actions for timely renewal The individual must be equipped with changes in relevant laws and have exposure to Legal Issues, Litigation, statutory Compliances of Manufacturing Industries, particularly Dyes & Chemicals. The individual must have knowledge of compliance management systems The individual must also be able to liase with judicial authorities, courts and tribunals in matters of legal issues affecting or likely to affect the organisation The Successful Applicant You must have an LLB qualification with minimum ten years of experience ideally in the manufacturing industry. You should have strong commercial contracting experience with sound knowledge of statutory compliances.
