Reporting to the Board Of Directors, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating with different landlords for drafting and negotiation of Lease agreement
Conducting due diligence in case of new acquisition -advising on legal risks and monitor regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Drafting of contracts with any third party solution providers, handling human resource related issue related to labour law etc
Negotiating deals on behalf of the company & protecting the company against legal risks and violations
Handling company\'s confidential information and data, building strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors will be a key element in your role
Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits and handling medico - legal cases
Preparing the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings and evaluating new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
Representing the company in legal proceedings, designing and overseeing the company\'s policy and position on legal matters - advising on legal risks
Guiding management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
Developing and managing the legal department budget with efficiency and precision

Ideally you are a Legal Professional with 10+ years of experience.
