About Our Client
Our client is a multinational manufacturer and distributor of adhesives and solutions and is a member of the Fortune 500.- Provide high quality legal service in a wide range of areas including: commercial contracts,
corporate, regulatory compliance, labor/employment, real estate, and legal matters associated with
business transactions and restructurings. - Drafting and reviewing agreements including distribution, sales, procurement, lease, agency, and
information technology agreements. - Managing employment and labor-related claims, including union issues.
- Litigation services including supporting the senior attorney on strategy regarding potential and
pending litigation, selecting and managing outside counsel and the course of the litigation, and
resolving litigation through trial or settlements via outside counsel. - Coordinating and being responsible for company secretarial work in conjunction with the
secretaries. - Have regular interaction with business clients to understand objectives, goals and strategies to gain
knowledge for providing business-oriented legal advice.
The Successful Applicant
You must have an LLB qualification with 2-4 years of experience ideally with a law firm or in-house handling manufacturing contracts You should have excellent contract drafting and negotiation kills. You should have great communication and stakeholder management skills.What\'s on Offer
