An opportunity with a leading entity in the Banking & Financial Services sector wherein this individual would be heading the legal department. This individual should come with relevant experience in mortgage legal matters, title diligence, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.

• Lead legal oversight of mortgage and developer finance transactions, ensuring title and documentation integrity.
• Advise on regulatory compliance, legal risk, and security structuring across lending portfolios.
• Manage legal audits, counsel engagement, and ensure alignment with RBI, NHB, and SARFAESI guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardise legal processes and support product innovation.

Candidate with 15+ years of legal PQE in a HFC/NBFC/Banks should applyCandidates currently in Mumbai or willing to relocate to Mumbai should apply

• Candidate with LLB/LLM qualification from a recognized law school
• Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks including RBI, NHB, and SARFAESI.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
