\xc2\xb7 3-5 years\' experience at a tier 1 or tier 2 law firm;
\xc2\xb7 Full time opportunity.
\xc2\xb7 Reputable law school
\xc2\xb7 Excellent writing and communication skills;
\xc2\xb7 Excellent work ethic, dedicated, intelligent with a hunger to learn;
\xc2\xb7 Ambitious with a desire to work on international deals (these roles are US/UK/Europe focussed);
\xc2\xb7 We are prepared to invest in the individuals and teach them - we accept that they are likely to require at least 2 years of teaching until they are fully productive;
\xc2\xb7 Should have solid corporate/IT/IP experience - not litigation;
\xc2\xb7 Ideally, we do not want to hire from in-house but would consider those with experience at a global tech organisation e.g. Cognizant.
