Job Description


Reporting to Head of Legal you will be responsible for managing the entire legal operations of the organisation including various contracts , transaction, M&A etc

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements;
  • Manage transactions, M&A as well as real estate and leasing agreements.
  • Manage corporate matters;
  • Work with and manage external counsels in litigation and other significant legal disputes;
  • Handle compliance matters and investigations;
  • Advise on various other matters (such as employment matters) in daily operation;
  • Provide training on legal and compliance topics.
Only candidates with 5 + years of experience should apply|Only candidate based out of Chennai or willing to relocate should applyIdeally you are a lawyer with at-least 5 to 8 years of experience, preferably law firms or a mix of law firm & in house.You must have experience in handling wide variety of contracts including leasing agreements as well as M & A transactions.You must have good communication with stakeholder management.Leading player in the healthcare sectorCompetitive salaryImmense growth
