Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing real estate documentation such as LOIs, sale deeds, lease deeds, leave and license agreements, confirmation and rectification deeds, cancellation deeds, declarations, undertakings, indemnities, powers of attorney, etc.
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing term sheets, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, non-disclosure agreements, financing documents, etc.
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing project management agreements, consultancy agreements, supply agreements, service level agreements, construction contracts and all other types of commercial contracts.
Coordinating with retailers and leasing teams for entire documentation work.
Coordinating with retailers and consultants for stamping and registration of documents.
Drafting and responding to notices and other communication with retailers, service providers and government authorities.
Carrying out title due diligence.
Preparing leasing trackers.
Cross departmental support.
Coordinating with external legal counsel.
