Job Description

Candidates with LLB qualification with 3-8+ years of PQE, with strong experience in end-to-end PE/VC transactions, SEBI regulations, and skilled in drafting and negotiating investment agreements for a leading asset management firm in Mumbai should apply.

• Strong experience in end-to-end PE/VC transactions, fund structuring, investment agreements and shareholder agreements
• Manage regulatory filings (SEBI- AIF, RBI, FATCA, CRS, etc.)
• Liaise with counsel, regulators, and internal teams; support due diligence for investments and exits.

A successful Legal professional should have:

• A degree in law from a recognised institution.
• Proven experience in PE, VC, asset management, or financial services with strong knowledge of SEBI regulations (AIF, PMS, IA).
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex investment agreements and legal documents.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
