Candidate should be CS + LLB Eperience in handling Legal Issues, Vetting Contract, Due Diligence, Drafting, Legal Compliances and Litigation. Candidate should be well versed with Company Law, Rules, Procedures and Policies.
Ensuring all Statutory Compliances under Companies Act and applicable Corporate Laws.
Conducting Board Meetings, Shareholders meetings and preparation of Agenda, Notices.
Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment & taking appropriate action.
Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the Company complies with all applicable legal and statutory requirements.
Good understanding of litigation matters & court proceedings and Handling litigation matter
Draft and review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including sales and procurement and local laws, agreements with third parties such as agents and distributors.
In house preparation & filing of corporate litigation, recovery suits and negotiable instrument cases, agreements with customers and suppliers.
Candidate should be able to handle due diligence process
Candidate must demonstrate the following qualities: A high level of integrity and management skills - this is a prerequisite
Eperience and capability of supporting and serving as a trusted legal and business advisor to the business. Highly self-motivated with a positive and approachable attitude
Ecellent communication and relationship building skills, both written and oral, with the ability to write concisely with precision and clarity
Ability and desire to work collaboratively and autonomously
Ability to work well under pressure whilst continuing to work in an orderly and organized manner
Ability to navigate comple issues Ecellent verbal and written communication skills
