Job Position- Legal Business Development Executive in a U.S. based immigration law firm.
U. S shift timings- 08:00PM to 05.00 AM IST Legal BD Executive Responsibilities: - 1. Develops, implements, and manages the firm\xe2\x80\x99s business development and client services plan consistently with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s strategic plan and policies set by the firm\xe2\x80\x99s management. 2. Supports and facilitates development, implementation, and tracking of business development/ marketing plans. 3. Handles client calls to promote the firm\xe2\x80\x99s legal services and upholds the brand image. 4. Maintains firm databases utilized for marketing and business development and generate reports as requested. 5. Schedules meetings and depositions, answers phone calls, and maintains digital records. 6. Provides administrative support as needed. 7. Assist with office management, including follow-up and reminders to appropriate entities. Legal BD Executive Assistant Qualifications 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in law from a reputed law college. 2. Must have very strong written and verbal marketing communication skills 3. Strong organizational and management skills. 4. Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). 5. Computer word processing, database and spreadsheet skills. Location-The office is located in Mohali . The applicant shall commit to work for long term and shall be located preferably in Chandigarh( Tricity). P.S.- It is a night shift job and an on-site job (not work from home). Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: 910,368.15 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
