Role - Legal Associate Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh : We are seeking an experienced Legal Associate to join our team and play a key role in contract drafting for our clients. In this client-facing role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, advise on legal matters, and draft contracts that are clear, concise, and protect their interests. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review a variety of contracts, including service agreements, purchase agreements and lease agreements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and other parties involved in contract negotiations.
• Ensure that contracts are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts and client communications.
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments and market trends in contract drafting.
• Attend client meetings and presentations as needed.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the bar and in good standing.
• 1+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and other parties involved in contract negotiations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
