The position involves overseeing and managing all legal aspects related to contracts within the organisation. This role in the Technology industry, based in Gurgaon, requires a professional with a strong background in legal contract management

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all contractual matters.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related issues.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with contracts and agreements.
• Maintain an organised system of physical and digital records for all contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
• Stay updated on legal developments impacting the Technology industry.
• Support in resolving disputes and addressing legal queries related to contracts.

A successful candidate should have:

• A degree in Law or related field from a recognised institution.
• Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal documentation.
• Solid understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the Technology industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
