Roles and Responsibilties -
Lease Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the real estate and commercial land sectors to acquire leasing contracts for our properties and services.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all leasing-related activities and providing excellent customer service.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leasing opportunities, evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to optimize leasing strategies.
Lease Negotiations: Negotiate lease terms, conditions, and rental rates in line with company policies, ensuring favorable leasing agreements while maximizing occupancy rates and rental income.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop marketing strategies and collateral to promote available properties and infrastructure services, utilizing various channels such as online platforms, networking events, and industry publications.
Lease Documentation: Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards. Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary.
Lease Administration: Oversee lease administration tasks, including rent collection, lease renewals, tenant relations, and handling lease-related queries or disputes.
Collaborative Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, including construction, project management, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of leasing activities, timely property handover, and alignment with project timelines.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including lease analysis, feasibility studies, and market rent analysis, to support decision-making processes and optimize leasing strategies.
Reporting: Generate regular leasing reports, providing updates on leasing activities, occupancy rates, rental income, market trends, and other relevant metrics to management.
Qualifications -
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Leasing Manager, preferably in the real estate and commercial land sectors.
Knowledge of the local real estate and commercial land markets, including key players, market dynamics, and industry trends.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Solid understanding of lease agreements, legal requirements, and property management principles.
Analytical mindset with the ability to perform financial analysis, conduct market research, and interpret data.
Proficiency in leasing software and tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations related to leasing and property management.
