Job Description
Number of Opening - 6 Leasing (Executive-Level To G.M Profile) - Male / Female Qualification - Graduation/PGDM / MBA (In Marketing)
Salary - Hike on current.
Job Location & Interview Locations - Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad
- Act as a facilitator for all leasing related activities from inception/Prospecting to close i.e site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination and administration for the various aspects of the leasing process.
- Connect with brands, coordinate with brands and accommodate them at our site, arrange the site visit of the brands, update the leasing tracker on a weekly basis.
- Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality & Should have good networking with IPC's & Leading Leasing brokers. Also Should have worked in NCR market.
2 He/She should be able to showcase/brief our project to Brands/Local Retailers 3 Support the head in negotiations and finalising deals
4. Hands-on Experience on Excel/ LOI Drafting/ Agreement Drafting. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: From ?50,000.00 per month Benefits:
