- Data entry, updating lease related information (expiry dates, rental rates, etc.), producing lease abstracts and summaries
- Day-to-day lease invoice processing and payment if required
- Critical date tracking and notification for upcoming notice deadlines, renewal option dates, expiration dates
- Day-to-day lease invoice processing and payment if required
- Maintain files and electronic records
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Lease Document preparation
- Following up with clients for completing files
- Co-ordinating between Sales and Leasing Staff
- Bachelor\'s degree
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications
- Proven relevant experience in N. American organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi
- Exceptional Excel skills
