Core Responsibilities1. Learning Need Diagnosis & Client Engagement
Directly engage with clients (HR, L&D, Business Leaders / Stake holders) to:
Understand business context, performance gaps, and learning objectives
Translate training needs into structured learning solutions
Participate in:
Discovery discussions
Solutioning calls
Content walkthroughs and validations
2. Learning Frameworks & Content Architecture
Design and manage:
End-to-end learning frameworks (competency-based, capability-based, role-based)
Course structures, learning journeys, and curriculum maps
Build content across:
L1 (Awareness & Knowledge)
L2 (Skill & Application)
L3 (Behavior & Performance Impact)
3. Content Development & Asset Creation
Create and manage:
Detailed course outlines and lesson plans
Learning topic-based PPTs (instructionally sound, facilitator-ready)
Scripts, storyboards, and learner narratives
Ensure content is:
Outcome-driven
Business-contextual
Instructionally strong
4. Digital Learning & Authoring Tools
Hands-on development using:
Articulate Storyline / Rise
(mandatory)
SCORM-compliant course packaging
Collaborate with internal/external designers where required, while owning:
Instructional integrity
Learning flow and assessments
5. LMS Architecture & Content Deployment
Strong working knowledge of:
LMS structure and architecture
Course hosting, tracking, and reporting
Ensure:
LMS-ready content deployment
Proper tagging, learning paths, assessments, and completion logic
6. Revenue Orientation & IP Creation
Convert content into
scalable learning products
:
Frameworks that can be reused across clients
Courses that can be white-labeled or repackaged
Support:
Proposal content
Learning solution costing inputs
Pre-sales discussions where learning design credibility is critical

Required Experience & SkillsExperience
Min Bachelor or related degree.
3-5 years in
L&D, Instructional Design, or Learning Content Development
Proven experience in:
Corporate training / consulting / digital learning companies
Client-facing learning design roles
Articulate Storyline
Scripting and storyboarding
SCORM packaging (L1, L2, L3)
Working knowledge of:
LMS platforms and learning architecture
Behavioral & Business Skills
High ownership mindset
Strong client communication and stakeholder management
Ability to think like a consultant, not just a creator
Commercial awareness of how content impacts revenue
