Qualification: MHRM / MBA / MSW \xe2\x80\x93 Only HR Job location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad : We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager in Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in the specified target industries. As part of the L&D and OD team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing talent, facilitating training programs, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Competency Matrix and Succession Planning: Utilize your experience in developing and maintaining competency and skill matrices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create short-term and long-term succession plans at all organizational levels.
Identify high-potential employees, fast trackers, and Pot 1 individuals.
Devise career development paths through Individual Development Plans (IDPs) following the 70:20:10 learning model to bridge talent gaps aligned with business needs. Training and Development Initiatives:Conceptualize and design training, learning, and development initiatives.
Identify training needs by collaborating with various departments.
Customize internal training programs to suit organizational requirements.
Coordinate external training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Learning & Development Management:Be responsible for the entire Learning & Development cycle, from identifying training needs to monitoring training effectiveness.
Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan with an allocated budget.
Implement mandatory training programs for various job positions, covering Technical, Functional, Behavioral, and General training. Training Coverage:Ensure that each employee receives a minimum of 2 man-days of training per year. Communication and Presentation Skills:Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, which are essential for effective training delivery and communication with employees and management. Qualifications and Skills:

• 2 to 7 years of experience in Learning & Development and Organizational Development.
• Previous experience in the specified target industries (Power, EPC Projects, Energy, Infra, Construction, Manufacturing, and Engineering) is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in Competency Matrix, Skill Matrix, and Succession Planning.
• Familiarity with the 70:20:10 learning model is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
