Cloudnine Hospital was started with the vision of ensuring world-class maternal and infant care in India. Over the last seven years, we have achieved more than that - 21,000 deliveries, with 100% maternal survival and 99.72% infant survival. About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the team in identifying learning and development needs within the business unit based on customer experience, performance, and stakeholder discussions
2. Handle stakeholder communication and management
3. Codevelop, design, and expand learning and development programs based on the needs
4. Assist in evaluating existing learning and development programs and their impact
5. Help in amending and revising programs as necessary
6. Be a part of producing training materials for in-house courses
7. Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization
8. Design e-learning courses along with the team
9. Assist to implement learning and development programs across multiple units
10. Be part of the meetings to provide support to managers in the career growth of team members
11. Learn how to track budgets
12. Learn new topics and methodologies to implement in training

Requirements:

1. Should be willing to travel for work
2. Male candidate is preferred
