Job Requirements

  • Implement the learning strategy and agenda, through the administration, delivery, evaluation and enhancement of informal, social and mobile learning programs and associated content.
  • Drive the effective deployment of the informal, social and mobile learning strategy and agenda, by partnering with, managing, and leveraging the HR Business Partners and their proximity to the various business units and functions.
  • Devise, create, and coordinate communications strategies that drive demand and utilization of the LMS, as well as formal, informal learning programs and associated content.
  • Develop and schedule marketing materials, and drive communications strategies through informal, social and mobile channels, while partnering and consulting with Corporate Communications for feedback and approval.
  • Assemble and modify informal, social and mobile learning programs and associated content, and oversee the successful implementation and delivery.
  • Manage external vendors/leaders (i.e. LinkedIn Learning or other content providers) to deliver formal, informal learning programs and associated content to Unifrax in an effort to support organizational priorities.
  • While candidate may develop content, they will be responsible to create courses and learning tacks within the LMS, using curated content from outside providers
  • Manage contracts for key vendors to drive best in class pricing, with a partnership with Procurement
  • Provide consultation to the regions on content providers and ensure Unfirax is maximizing the use of vendors and getting appropriate economies of scale.
  • Research, examine and compare industry best practices and organizations who are leading in this space to serve as SME for informal, social and mobile content at Unfirax.
  • Analyze and evaluate the informal, social and mobile maturity, usage and preferences of Unifrax employees to align the informal, social and mobile learning programs and associated delivery approach.
  • Design, implement and adjust measurements/metrics and systems to track performance and effectiveness of formal, informal, social and mobile learning programs – recommends modifications in content for different programs, as needed, to enhance results.
  • Identify new content providers and other learning vendors that Unifrax can leverage to drive a more holistic approach to learning globally.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to understand site training needs and curate content that develops the organization.
  • Since this is a new role, the job duties may evolve as the role does.
