League Quality & Customer Experience (CX) Leader - \xe2\x80\x9cEcoStruxure Power\xe2\x80\x9d Mission of this Role: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / CUSTOMER SUCCESS of ECOSTRUXRE POWER \xe2\x80\x93 Commissioning League (Offer Quality & Project Quality leader for EcoStruxure Power Solutions)
Key Objectives of the Role:

  • Is responsible for the End-to-End Customer Experience (CX) & Quality excellence and Safety Offer.
  • Provide the Customer Experience feedback along the customer journey to the League,
  • Propose CX & Quality requirements at Roadmap Level
  • Ensure the application CS&Q Directives.
  • Accountable on decision to stop of manufacturing / Launch of SW and manage derogation.
  • Responsible for the offers managed by the League predominantly in a multi-countries environment for given
Product/software/service.
