Role

As a Lead-Zonal Sales, you\'ll be a part of EMBU and will report to Head-Sales

A purpose driven role for you

To help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by developing market led strategies for performing competitively and effectively. Incumbent will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, dealer potential, crafting sales plans, executing and monitoring plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

A Day in the life

Achieve growth and accomplish sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
\xe2\x97\x8f Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\'s customer base and ensure its strong presence across the region / zone
\xe2\x97\x8f Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of TSMs, TSOs
\xe2\x97\x8f Build and promote strong, enduring relationships with dealers and other stakeholders by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

\xe2\x97\x8f Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
\xe2\x97\x8f Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
\xe2\x97\x8f Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, communications; MBA preferred
10-15 years of proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role

Technical Skills/Knowledge

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
\xe2\x97\x8f Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
