Job Description


Role/ Job Title: Lead-Governance-ERM Business: Risk Function/ Department: RCU Place of Work: Mumbai Job Purpose : The role holder has the responsibility for ensuring total Governance and adherence to Regulatory, Internal Audit guidelines. The role will review, inspect, guide on compliance matters to internal SOP, Policy guidelines etc for ER functions including RCU, TPRM, OR. The role holder is expected to lead, manage and develop team to review all internal processes, identify gaps and non-adherence proactively, thereby strengthening the same and ensuring tightening of controls around the same. Roles & Responsibilities: Product lifecycle deployment reviews, Fraud Risk Assessments, Review and Assess effectivity of existing processes and test compliance around those vis a vis regulatory and internal guidelines. Check efficiency and effectiveness of internal checks, rules built in its processes of fraud detection & mitigation. Strengthening existing processes leading to nil deficiencies and observations. Guide teams in enabling effective risk mitigation strategy around core products. Follow up and publishing of findings to management and holistic approach on resolution, implementation of solutions. Build an effective culture of Governance in the Unit and be aware of latest regulatory guidelines and timelypercolation/implementation. Secondary Responsibilities : \'Team Review, Monthly Newsletter/ Regular MIS & Dashboards, Training to Team, Project Coordination, Audit Management, Effective Stakeholder Liaison Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities : \'Team Management, Escalation Management, Effective Communication and Draft writing, Stakeholder Liaison for effective process management, Project Coordination with Stakeholders, Data/MIS Management Key Success Metrics: 100% Compliance to Regulatory Requirements, 100% Compliance to Established Policy Guidelines & SOP, Training Plan & Execution for Team, Manage Attrition Levels for team, Effective Management of Team Crisis and Escalations, Review of 100% processes, Proactive identification of gaps, areas of improvement. Effective implementation strategy & followup. Nil breach of compliance to guidelines (internal/external). Calendar of events and successful completion of assessments/Governance checks.
